1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and unopened for hygiene reasons.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products.
  • Items marked as final sale or promotional giveaways.
  • Customized or personalized skincare formulations.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Step 2: If eligible, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Step 3: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
  •  Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If the return is due to product description issues, wrong items, quality problems, or shipping damages, we recommend submitting a dispute for resolution.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons like ordering the wrong products, incorrect address, or no reason, the return cost will be borne by the buyer, and the process may take longer. in such cases, we suggest keeping the product. 

    5. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

    6. Exchanges (if applicable)

    If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at Glowvisage22@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
